All products sold by MD Energeez BV come with the manufacturer's official warranty. Warranty periods per brand:
Huawei SUN2000 Inverters: 5 years (extendable to 10 or 20 years)
Huawei LUNA2000 Batteries: 10 years
Jinko Solar Panels: 25 years product / 30 years performance
JA Solar Panels: 12 years product / 30 years performance
SMA Sunny Tripower: 5 years (extendable to 10 or 20 years)
Marstek VENUS series: 10 years
Enphase ENCHARGE: 10 years

If we cannot resolve your complaint together, you may submit it to the Dutch Disputes Committee (Geschillencommissie) at www.degeschillencommissie.nl.
RETURN PROCEDURE
To initiate a warranty claim or return:
1. Contact us via email with your order number
2. Describe the defect or issue clearly
3. Include photos where possible
4. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps
