Your Right to Return
In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without providing a reason (cooling-off period). Please note that this right applies to end consumers. For B2B customers (businesses purchasing with a VAT number), the standard EU consumer cooling-off period may not apply — please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original, undamaged packaging
- All original accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included
- The product must be in resellable condition
- Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at contact@md-energeez.com with the subject line "Return Request — [Your Order Number]" and include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied: MD Energeez BV will cover the return shipping cost.
- If you are returning due to a change of mind or other non-defect reason: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been installed, used, or modified
- Products with damaged or missing original packaging
- Special-order or custom-configured products
- Products returned without prior authorization
