Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays). Orders placed after 14:00 CET may be processed the following business day.
Shipping Carriers
We ship with trusted European logistics partners including DHL, DPD, PostNL, UPS, FedEx, Cargoboard, and local freight carriers in the Netherlands. For large or heavy items such as inverters, batteries, and solar panels, we use pallet freight services to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order weight, and product dimensions. For large freight items (inverters, battery systems, solar panels), a freight surcharge may apply. Contact us at contact@md-energeez.com for a shipping quote on bulk or pallet orders.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. The free shipping threshold is shown at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days
- Belgium, Germany, France, Spain: 2–5 business days
- Other EU Countries: 3–7 business days
- Outside EU: 7–14 business days (customs clearance may add additional time)
